Gas Cooler

Protection and precision through effective cooling.

A gas cooler is used to cool gas flows within a measurement or process system. By cooling the gas, moisture can be condensed and interfering influences on sensors or analytical devices can be reduced. This protects the measurement equipment and improves measurement accuracy.

Effective Cooling

Reliably and efficiently reduces the temperature of gas flows.

Moisture Separation

Condenses moisture and prevents it from affecting measurement equipment.

Protection of Measurement Devices

Protects sensors and analytical devices from moisture and contamination.

Improved Accuracy

Ensures stable conditions and increases measurement accuracy.

Operating Principle

The gas cooler removes heat from the gas flow and lowers the temperature below the dew point. As a result, the contained moisture condenses and is separated. The dry, cooled gas flow is then passed on to the downstream measurement or analytical devices.
